By making a booking you agree to the following:
Please ensure that your dog(s) are adequately vaccinated to use a public place. If your dog(s) is/are showing any signs of illness do not use the field.
You agree that the use of the field is at your own risk- you agree not to hold “Jacksmere Dog Walking Field”, it’s owners or staff responsible for any injury to you, your family/friends or your dog(s) from your use of the field. The field has areas of uneven ground, tree branches and other hazards associated with the countryside.
You agree not to allow anyone else on to the field that is not in your party.
Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times, the field has not been made child safe, dog poo bins and some weeds (nettles/thistles) for example.
Please ensure that your dogs are kept on their leads when they are in the car park area of the field. You must enter the field and close the gate before letting your dog(s) out of your vehicle to ensure the safety of your dog(s) and the road users.
Although we regularly inspect the fence, a hole or other damage may occur from time to time. If you become aware of any issue, please let us know immediately. We cannot take any responsibility for any dog escaping from the field whether or not this is through a defect in the fence. The fence is constructed from stock fencing which small dogs will be able to get through. It is at a height of 160cm, which some dogs will be able to get over. It is your responsibility to be in control of your dogs at all times.
It is your responsibility to pick up all of your dog’s waste and dispose of it in the bins provided.
Please only park in the area marked for parking. To enter with a vehicle please ensure the gate is secured to the post in the wide open position to prevent the gate swinging and hitting your vehicle, close the gate behind you. You agree not to hold “Jacksmere Dog Walking Field”, it’s owners or staff responsible for any damage to your vehicle or property.
An adult over 18 must supervise at all times.
Please take all litter away with you.
No dog grooming in the field.
No smoking anywhere on the property.
